Yes! We bring our own cleaning products and supplies. However, if you prefer us to use a special product of your own instead of ours, we are more than happy to use it.

Yes! We bring our own vacuums. We have one specifically for carpets and another for hard floors. If you prefer us to use your own vacuum, that is also perfectly fine.

Our regular cleaning includes cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms (toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers) along with the kitchen and visible surfaces (outside of cabinets, outside of appliances, dusting areas).

Regular cleaning also includes:

• Dusting and wiping surfaces.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning mirrors.
• Removing cobwebs.
• Cleaning visible marks on some walls.
• Making beds.
• Changing bed sheets when clean sheets are provided.
• Removing visible pet hair from floors, furniture, and sofas.
• Cleaning and disinfecting visible surfaces.
• Paying attention to details to keep your home fresh, clean, and comfortable.

Services requiring cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, windows, or extra heavy tasks carry an additional fee.

Cleaning the inside of the oven is not included in regular cleaning. If you would like to add this service, the fee is $30.

Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator is not included in regular cleaning. If you would like to add this service, the fee is $25.

Cleaning the inside of kitchen cabinets is not included in regular cleaning. If you would like to add this service, the fee is $25.

Yes! Laundry can be added as an additional service for $25. We do not automatically wash clothes, towels, blankets, or bedding during regular cleanings, so please request it as an add-on service.

Yes! We gladly change bed sheets as long as clean sheets are provided. We remove used sheets, put on clean ones, and leave used sheets neatly folded to the side. Washing them is available under our laundry add-on service.

Window cleaning can be added as an additional service. Pricing depends on the quantity of windows and the level of work required.

Yes! We offer move-in and move-out cleaning to leave your home completely prepared for its next chapter. This service may include:

• Deep cleaning of bathrooms.

• Inside of the oven.
• Inside of the refrigerator.

• Interior window cleaning.

We work with you to arrange the frequency that matches your home and routine.

We easily work around normal everyday clutter, but cleaning surfaces must remain reasonably accessible. If floors or rooms have heavy clutter that impedes walking or cleaning, decluttering or organizing is not included in standard cleaning and may involve an extra charge. We always discuss any extra work with you before starting.

Yes, we love pets! We are comfortable working around friendly animals. We just ask that if your pet gets nervous or aggressive with strangers, you keep them safely secured in a separate room or crate while we clean.
